What you type into a calculator
The calculators run in your browser. The pay, Form W-4 entries and deductions you type are not sent to our server and are not saved. They are gone when you close or reload the page.
The PDF report is made in your browser and saved to your device. When you choose Share on WhatsApp, your device opens WhatsApp with the result, and nothing is sent until you send the message yourself.
What is saved in your browser
One setting is saved in your browser's local storage: your choice of light or dark theme. It never leaves your device. The site sets no cookies of its own.
Accounts
The site has no accounts, no sign-up and no newsletter. We do not ask for your name, email address or Social Security number.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data for each request, such as the IP address, the browser type and the page requested, to deliver the page and to protect the site.
Analytics and advertising
The site runs no analytics and no advertising. If that changes, this policy will be updated first, with the name of each service and the data it receives.
If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to answer you.
Children
The site is a general tool and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes and contact
The date at the top changes when this policy changes. Questions go to the address on the contact page.
